Why Karma Yoga?
Who can practice Yoga?
Who is Giulia?
Karma is known as the path of action and what we do in our life, irrevocably traces a path.
I choose to be Yoga Teacher, I choose this path because I really want, humbly in my small own way, to share my love for this ancient discipline and most of all create a change.
To be a change, even if just for an hour during our busy week. An hour to disconnect from everything and connect to what really matters: our true self, body, mind and soul.
I am here to share my love and passion for Yoga, and first and foremost to guide my students to understand what really Yoga is all about for me, with all its eight limbs.
I want to go further to just physical practice. I am here to respect and honor yoga roots and learn everyday, a little more.
If you are ready to disconnect, let go of everything, sweat and feel all the emotions your body starves to tell you, if you are ready to let your body, mind and soul be guided into this wonderful world humbly by me, I am sure it will be AMAZING.
My name is Giulia, I am passionate about Yoga and I have been practicing Yoga for more than ten years.
During the pandemic, I made one of the best decisions ever taken: enrolled myself in my first 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training.
Right now I am a Registered Master Yoga Teacher (500 hours) with Yoga Alliance International India.
Hello world!
I am qualified in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Everyone can practice Yoga. You do not have to be particularly flexible to embrace this journey and you will definitely learn to listen to your body and the signals it is sending to you.
Anyway, ask your doctor if you need to restrain from some kind of exercise, respect yourself first! Our body is unique and we need to learn to respect it and no longer neglect the attention it needs.
In Yoga is all about listening to our own body and accept its limitation bearing in my mind that everything is evolving and what we can do today has nothing to do with what we can achieve in the future!
